- No smoking inside the apartment (only on balcony)
- Turn down any loud music and keep voices at a respectable level during the building’s quiet hours (10 pm - 7 am).
- Please inform us if you plan to host any events/gatherings during your stay. We are happy to accommodate events, but require prior notice to ensure that the number of guests/noise level won’t be disruptive to the building).
- Please take care of the keys (Key replacements cost $100 each)
- $200 per person fee will apply if additional guests stay at the apartment without permission
- A special cleaning fee of at least $250 will apply if the property is left especially untidy e.g. smell of smoke in the apartment/dirty dishes/blood/alcohol spills/excessive rubbish
- All costs to replace stained linen will be passed on at a rate of $35 per towel, $35 per pillow case, $70 per sheet, $200 per quilt cover.

Our one-of-a-kind, lavishly furnished, 3-storey penthouse is perfect for groups seeking central, spacious, and luxurious accommodation in Brisbane. Located along the lively Brunswick Street, there are an abundance of cafes, bars, and shops right on your doorstep!

The Apartment:

The penthouse spans three spacious levels, encompassing 225 square meters and accommodating up to 8 guests. Inside, you’ll discover four bedrooms, with two king beds in large bedrooms and two queen beds in medium-sized bedrooms. Each floor houses a bathroom, with the master bedroom on the top floor boasting an ensuite featuring a luxurious double walk-in shower and spa bath. The apartment features an open-aired winding staircase, adorned with beautiful real plants and basking in abundant natural light throughout. The focal point is the vast open-plan living area, which includes a generous lounge area with large-scale windows and stunning triple-height ceilings. On the top floor, the rooftop balcony provides the ideal spot to unwind after a busy day of exploration, offering breathtaking views of the city and the bustling activity of Brunswick Street below.

The Building – ‘Sun Apartments’:

The renowned, heritage-listed ‘Sun Apartments’ Building was built in 1929. Sun Apartments is steeped in rich history, housing some of Australia’s most iconic newspapers until 1996, at which point, the building was converted into unique residential warehouse-style apartments. Our loft is fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied. Kitchen supplies include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, olive oil, salt, pepper and cleaning supplies. Bathrooms are stocked with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and toilet paper. An iron, ironing board and vacuum are also supplied.

Car parking:

This listing includes one car park. Please note the maximum car size is 1950mm (H) x 2000mm (W) x 5000mm (L). Please let us know before your arrival if you require a car park.

– Please note we are located in Brisbane’s vibrant entertainment district which means there are many bars, clubs, cafes and restaurants in the area. Weekdays are pretty quiet in Fortitude Valley but the weekend nights can be noisy and busy, so if you’re seeking a quiet neighbourhood this exciting location may not be the ideal choice.

Getting around

Public Transport: A bus stop is conveniently located right outside the building’s front door and the train station is a 5-minute walk.

Uber/Taxi: Uber or taxi services are readily available, with an average fare of $10 to the city and $35 to the Brisbane Airport.

Arriving at Airport: The Airtrain stops at Fortitude Valley Station which is just a 5-minute walk from our building. The fare is $19 one way and takes approximately 20 minutes.
