Spanning 71 square meters, the loft comfortably accommodates two guests with one bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed. The space offers a dedicated workspace, a record player with a curated selection of vinyl, and a stylish bar cart—ideal for both work and play. With double-height ceilings and large windows flooding the space with natural light, you’ll also enjoy stunning views of the bustling Brunswick Street below.
Our apartment is located within the renowned, heritage-listed ‘Sun Apartments’ Building, built in 1929. Sun Apartments is steeped in rich history, housing some of Australia’s most iconic newspapers until 1996, at which point, the building was converted into unique residential warehouse-style apartments. Staying at Sun Apartments allows you to step into a piece of Brisbane’s past while enjoying the modern amenities within this heritage apartment.

Our loft is fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied. Kitchen supplies include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, olive oil, salt, pepper and cleaning supplies. Bathrooms are stocked with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and toilet paper. An iron, ironing board and vacuum are also supplied.
We can offer a secure onsite car park for $45 per night. Please note the maximum car size is 1950mm (H) x 2000mm (W) x 5000mm(L). Please let us know before your arrival if you require a car park.
Public Transport: A bus stop is conveniently located right outside the building’s front door and the train station is a 5-minute walk.
Uber/Taxi: Uber or taxi services are readily available, with an average fare of $10 to the city and $35 to the Brisbane Airport.
Arriving at Airport: The Airtrain stops at Fortitude Valley Station which is just a 5-minute walk from our building. The fare is $19 one way and takes approximately 20 minutes.
