The Airtrain from Brisbane Airport to Fortitude Valley Station takes 20 minutes with fares starting from $18.00 one-way (departures every 30 minutes). Fortitude Valley Station is just a 5-minute walk from Sun Apartments.

BUS – A bus stop (Stop 210) is conveniently located right outside the building’s front door.

Yes, we have car parking onsite and offer 1 car park per booking. The fee is AUD $45.00 per night or AUD $200 per week. (*Car park for our multi-story, penthouse is free of charge)

No, currently we do not offer electric vehicle charging stations.

Yes, guests are required to contact us directly regarding the special activities and arrangements.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM daily, with check-out at 10:00 AM. While we do try to accommodate all of our guests’ requirements, early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability.

We love our furry friends at Sun Apartments! Dogs are welcome in all of our apartments for an additional fee of $50 per day/dog. There is also a dog park just a 5-minute walk away!

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all our apartments.

Yes, all of our apartments are equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

You can conveniently drop off your bags at the apartment from 12 PM. Please just leave your bags inside the apartment’s front door and return at the regular 3 PM check-in time. Note that cleaning may still be underway.

No, smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. It is only permitted on balconies, as long as the door remains closed.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to check in and stay at Sun Apartments.

We are delighted to welcome you for your special day, and wedding photography is permitted in private guest rooms as well as in common areas of the building.

Please inform us if you plan to host any events or gatherings during your stay. We are happy to accommodate events but require prior notice to ensure that the number of guests and noise level won’t be disruptive to the building.

Photography and videography for commercial use are permitted with prior written approval from Management. Unauthorised content must not be published and must be removed upon request.
